In conjunction with our tree surveys we can also offer advise on tree diseases and assess their impact on future management as well as safety assessments. Annual or bi-annual data collection can also be arranged and these might include bird or tree species numbers, ground flora assessments for NVC (National Vegetation Classification) or Isolated early disease assessments for example Phytophora ramorum or sudden Oak decline assessments.

With the recent concern being Ash Die back or Chalara dieback of ash which is a serious disease of ash trees caused by a fungus called Chalara fraxinea (C. fraxinea), including its sexual stage, Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus (H. pseudoalbidus). The disease causes leaf loss and crown dieback in affected trees, and usually leads to tree death.
